Today, the 30 year president of Egypt has resigned from office. the revolution has succeeded! Finally, we see the people win for once.

Could this be the domino that starts a new wave of peaceful revolutionary movements? Only time will tell.

  1. You wont believe how people everywhere around Egypt are happy.
Hopefully our Arab brothers will follow.

This isn't a islamist-organized protests that overthrow Mubarak as some outside Egypt think. It's our youth who've been to western countries and seen what democracy is like.

  7. I am excited but hoping that the next person in power is peaceful and does not cause problems with Israel. It's nice that Israel gets along with one country in the middle east and I hope that it stays that way! A free Egypt sounds good to me. I think that even Egypt didn't have it as bad as some--Iran is hell.
